Øyvind Vada is the founder of MEMEtix.
 
Based on combinations of Complex Systems Theory,
Evolution Theory and Pragmatism, he has created the
strategic and operational MEMEtix Concept.

MEMEtix is a comprehensive set of models, tools and cognitive templates that form and process subjective thoughts, communication and actions.

The Concept emphasizes simplicity and subjective interpretation. MEMEtix enables people to create sustainable and long lasting effects by applying the edge between theory and practical life. The concept is used in forming strategies, reinforcing leadership and creating mobilization in both business and the public sector.

Vada has led and transformed larger corporations, and he is cofounder of several companies. He has also been engaged by the Norwegian Investor Forum to develop enterprises and financial strategies for new companies. He has been a board member of the Norwegian Investor Forum and Oslo Business Region.

Vada holds a cand.polit. degree with emphasis on organizational theory, economics, and communication from University of Oslo. He also has a pilot education from South Carolina, USA and an officer background from the Norwegian Navy. He trains internationally and lectures in Strategy, Leadership and Mobilization. He is a member of ECCO, an interdisciplinary research group based in Brussels, where he also takes his PhD at the University of Brussels (VUB). Vada is cofounder of European Institute of Complexity Studies(EURICS).
